Community Health Internship

Our community health internship focuses on the prevention of chronic kidney diseases.  We provide high risk communities a variety of education programs for children to adults, from health and wellness fairs to camps and worksite presentations.  We tailor programs for colleges and universities who enroll a cohort of students.
